Open to: Individual young artists as well as youth-led registered charities, nonprofit organizations, and unincorporated/grassroots groups. Restrictions: The Community Arts Programming Grants do not fund: drop-in programs; personal or collective projects; art therapy programs; or, programs whose primary activities are religious or political.
