These terms apply to this website, the public API and the public tools of the Impact Plexus MCP server, which are provided by Impactplexus, registered in Canada. Paid use of the Impact Plexus application is also governed by your organization's subscription agreement.

What the service provides

Information about funders and funding opportunities, for discovery. Funding decisions are made by funders. We do not guarantee that a funder will accept an application, that a program is still open, or that details are current. Always confirm on the funder's own website before applying. Nothing on the service is legal, tax or financial advice.

Data sources and attribution

Canadian charity information contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada. US foundation information comes from IRS filings and US federal opportunities from Grants.gov, which are public records. If you reuse information from this service, keep these attributions.

Acceptable use

• Use the public API and MCP server within their published rate limits.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access non-public data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not present information from the service as an endorsement by a funder or by Impactplexus.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Impactplexus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using information from the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
